Husky Liners® will serve as the primary sponsor of Richard Childress Racing's No. 2 NASCAR Nationwide Series team driven by Brian Scott at the Texas Motor Speedway on Friday, April 12 at the O'Reilly Auto Parts 300.
Brian Scott is looking to continue his current streak this weekend at Texas. As mentioned on the RCR Racing website: Scott has proved himself this year, standing third in Nationwide points after five races. His streak of seven consecutive top-10 finishes, dating to November at Phoenix, is the current longest of a NASCAR nationwide series driver.
"It's great to have Husky Liners come on board for the night race at Texas Motor Speedway," Scott said. "Their products are proven to be durable and tough. It's an honor to be able to represent a company like Husky Liners. I'm looking forward to taking them to Victory Lane with our team."
Husky Liners®, a leading supplier of automotive accessories for light trucks, SUV's, vans and cars, is excited to continue its partnership with Richard Childress Racing. Bob Tyler, President of Husky Liners mentioned, "They've proven to be a valuable partner to Husky Liners as their fan base aligns with our customer base. We look forward to bringing our brand to a whole new audience in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and given RCR's on track record; we'll be contending for wins."
